Meet Melanie

I'm Melanie Ryan, Professional Certified Coach (ICF), Consultant, and founder of MFRCC Community.

I spent over two decades in corporate leadership, including senior roles inside a multi-billion-dollar Fortune 50 division. I've led teams. Navigated the politics. Watched talented professionals shrink themselves to stay safe, stay liked, and stay in the room.

I know how that pattern costs organizations. When people can't say no, can't push back, can't lead from a grounded place. Teams over-function, decisions go unchallenged, and the most capable people quietly burn out and walk out the door.

That experience led me to found MFR Coaching & Consulting in 2020, built on a simple but radical belief: You can grow professionally and stay human while doing it.

MFRCC Community is the next chapter. Practical. Grounded in coaching practice. Accessible to all professionals who want to grow without leaving themselves behind.
